About Me

Hi, I am Tianyu Li, a PhD candidate in the cyber security group at Delft University of Technology. I am glad to work with my supervisors Dr. Zekeriya Erkin and Prof.dr.ir. Inald Lagendijk.

My research focuses on advancing data privacy through differential privacy and applied cryptography within machine learning, location privacy, and data anonymization. Apart from that, I utilize DLT for data sharing under privacy preservation.

I am interested in investigating the differences between theoretical privacy guarantees and practical privacy protection for differential privacy.
